  38. The bullets  are indented 5 characters,  like the first level  of an ordered
  39. list.   Bullets may  also be used in  outline lists where  they are indented
  40. 5 characters from  the previous level by default.   Refer to the \listformat
  41. markup to change the amount of indentation.
